Welcome to Navya Interior. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and our custom manufacturing services. By engaging with us, you (“Customer”, “You”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Services Offered

Navya Interior specializes in manufacturing custom-designed modular furniture based on client specifications. Our services include:

  • Kitchen units

  • Wardrobes

  • Wall panels

  • Vanities

  • Other customized furniture solutions

Note: We do not provide interior designing or architectural services.

2. Customization Agreement

All products are custom-made to match the customer’s selected material, design, finish, and dimensions. Once finalized, no changes will be accepted unless approved in writing and may be subject to additional charges and timelines.

3. Orders & Payments

  • A minimum 50% advance is required to initiate production.

  • Remaining payment must be completed before delivery or installation.

  • Payments must be made via our official channels.

  • Any delay in payment may result in delay in project execution.

4. Timeline & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery and installation timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

  • Unforeseen delays due to availability of material, site readiness, or client-side delays are not the responsibility of MNavya Interior.

  • We will make reasonable efforts to complete the work as per the schedule but cannot guarantee fixed dates.

5. Warranty & Liability

  • We provide a warranty period, e.g., 5 year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

  • This does not cover damages due to misuse, improper installation by third parties, negligence, natural wear & tear, water damage, or pest infestations.

  • Claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase and photographs of the issue.

Limitation of Liability:
We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

6. Site Readiness & Access

  • The customer must ensure the site is clean, accessible, and ready for installation on the scheduled date.

  • Any delays caused due to unprepared sites or lack of access may result in rescheduling and additional charges.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, content, and branding remain the property of Navya Interior. You may not use, replicate, or distribute our intellectual assets without written consent.

8. Refunds & Cancellations

  • As each item is made to order, cancellations are not permitted once production has started.

  • Refunds will not be issued for custom-made items unless due to a verified manufacturing defect.

9. Privacy & Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your data.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
